AJ and Roy could not be any more accommodating to my circumstance . Friendly, professional , efficient in a very clean, well managed shop. While i wasnt very happy about needing a rebuilt transmission … i am very happy i chose them. I am confident in referring them to friends and family for all their auto needs .
EXCELLENT OWNER AND STAFF ... EXTREMELY CARING AND HONEST!! I was guided to call the shop for a battery replacement from warranty I received when transmission was done 2 years ago at another aamco in Lakewood New Jersey. How patient and thorough The owner Roy and AJ assisted through the process. The experience was a relief after all the shops I have been to in New Jersey in the past 8 years. This is the most experienced clean thorough mechanic shop I have been to. Sincere gratitude and thankfulness to Roy and his staff for inspecting my vehicle thoroughly quickly and getting my battery replaced quickly. If you need a good shop this is definitely the one. I will be getting the rest of the work done necessary for my vehicle at the shop and will post another review when completed but I can guarantee with my experience so far it will be another five stars. Don't hesitate to call the shop and get your work done here!!! It's hard to find good mechanics with clean shops honest and professional. Highly recommended
My son recently brought his van in for repairs and they inspected the problem and gave us an estimate right away! They expected the repair to take 10-14 days, but much to my surprise, it was ready to go in a week! We made arrangements to pick up the vehicle and there were still some issues that needed to be addressed, so Roy, AJ and their team took care of the issue and at no additional charge and the work performed was excellent! Their customer service was impeccable and they kept us in the loop the entire time and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using their services!
